Tuesday Sept. 23
Dealers should fly in, if participating in the separate Dealer Trading Room starting Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -- PCGS Pre-show Submission Room opens to drop off grading. Room 9, see signs in the lobby upon entry.
12:00 Noon -- Dealer Registration opens in Rosemont lobby.
12:00 Noon -- Security Room opens for table dealers and "Equal Access" pass holders. Non-dealers or Early Access Pass holders must pay $100 per bag or case until Wednesday pick-up. This is due to the extremely high cost of insurance.
6:00 p.m. -- Dealer registration closes for the evening.

Wednesday Sept. 24, Dealer Trading Room and Set-up Day
7:30 a.m. -- Dealer Registration opens; Equal and Early Access pass registration opens.
8:00 a.m. -- Heritage Lot Viewing Begins, Room TBD.
Dealer Trading Room, Rooms13,14 -- 8:00 a.m.-3 p.m., limited to Dealer Trading Room table holders ($225 Cost), GACCS table dealers (free), and Equal & Early Access Pass holders, as follows:
Dealer Trading Room table purchasers may enter and set up at 8:00 a.m.
Equal Access Pass holders may enter at 8:15 a.m., as trading commences.
GACCS table holders with dealer badges may enter at 8:15 a.m. also.
Early Access Pass holders may enter at 10:15 a.m.
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. PCGS Pre-show Submission Room #9 opens to drop off grading
3:00 p.m. -- Dealer Trading Room Day ends and dealers must move to the main bourse floor, Hall F.
3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. -- Bourse floor Dealer Set-Up, Hall F.
3:00 p.m. Equal Access Pass holders may enter the main bourse floor.
5:00 p.m. Early Access Pass holders may enter the main bourse floor.
6:00 p.m. -- Heritage Lot Viewing closes.
7:00 p.m. -- Registration Closes.
7:00 p.m. -- Dealer Set-Up closes for the day; reopens 8:00 a.m. on Thursday.

Thursday Sept. 25
8:00 a.m. -- Registration Opens for all dealer and public badges and entry passes.
8 a.m. -- Table Dealers Set-Up continues on Main Floor.
8 a.m. -- Equal Access Pass holders may Enter, Hall F
8:00 a.m. -- Heritage Lot Viewing Begins, Room TBD
8:30 a.m. -- Security Room closes.
9:00 a.m. -- Early Access Pass holders may enter main bourse floor, Hall F
10:00 a.m. -- All Numismatic Educational Journey displays must be finished and ready for public display.
10:00 a.m. -- Main Bourse floor show opens to the public, Hall F.
5:30 p.m. -- One-Way traffic begins for the bourse floor.
5:30 p.m. -- Collector Meet and Greet , Rosemont Lobby. See Signage.
6:00 p.m. -- Heritage Lot Viewing closes.
6:00 p.m. -- All Public and Equal & Early Access Pass holders must exit to allow secure dealer shutdown.
6:30 p.m. -- Dealers must exit.


Friday Sept. 26
8:00 a.m. -- Registration Opens for all badges and entry passes.
8:00 a.m. -- Heritage Lot Viewing Begins, Room TBD.
8:00 a.m. -- Floor opens for Table Dealers and Equal Access Pass holders.
9:00 a.m. -- Early Access Pass holders may enter.
10:00 a.m. -- Show opens to the Public.
11:00 a.m. -- ACEF Awards Ceremony, the Alan Kruezer Award Presentation. Room TBD
5:00 p.m. -- One-Way traGic begins for the bourse floor.
5:30 p.m. -- All Public and Equal & Early Access Pass holders must exit to allow secure dealer shutdown.
6:00 p.m. -- Heritage Lot Viewing closes.
6:00 p.m. -- Dealers must exit.

Saturday Sept. 27
8 :00a.m. Dealers and Equal & Early Access Pass entrance opens.
8:00 a.m. -- Heritage Lot Viewing Begins, Room TBD.
9:00 a.m. -- Show opens to the Public.
12:00 noon -- Heritage Lot Viewing closes.
3:00 p.m. -- One-Way traffic begins or the bourse floor.
3:30 p.m. -- All Public and Equal & Early Access Pass holders must exit to allow secure dealer tear down.
3:30 p.m. Free Security Room opens for table dealers and Equal Access Pass holders only. Non-dealers or Early Access Pass holders must pay $50 per bag or
case until Sunday 10:00 a.m. pickup.
4:00 p.m. -- Dealers must exit. The show is closed. Dealers should make sure they have turned in their contract for 2026.

Sunday Sept. 28
10:00 a.m. -- Security Room ends.
