‘Shri S. M. Shukla Memorial Coin Day’ aka ‘Shukla Day’, regarded as the country’s largest numismatic fair.

The first Shukla Day was held in April of 1991, organized by Mr. Farokh S. Todywalla, to commemorate the memory of the legendary Shri S. M. Shukla’s life and his contribution to the world of Indian numismatics. From humble beginnings of just 7 dealer stalls, the event has grown to an 100+ dealer stall event, with invitee class exhibits, lectures and auctions during the fair.
